Summer is finally here! The kiddos are out of school and many of you re planning that family vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Here’s a list of my top five must see Disney movies to watch before your Walt Disney World vacation and why they are important to view before your visit.
Zootopia’ Characters Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps just so happen to make an appearance in the Magic Kingdom as part of the “Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It!” Street Party. Make sure that the kids have seen this newest Disney flick before making your way to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
2. FINDING NEMO
“Finding Nemo” is a classic and with the upcoming and long anticipated sequel “Finding Dory” soon to hit theaters this movie also makes it onto our “Top 5” list. Be sure and visit Epcot to get reacquainted with the stars of “Finding Nemo” at The Seas with Nemo and Friends attraction in Future World.
3. TOY STORY
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is making way for an expansion of its “Toy Story” offerings but you can still try your skills out at the popular Toy Story Midway Mania attraction in PIXAR Place. When you’ve taken in all the “Toy Story” fun that Disney’s Hollywood Studios has to offer toy can head on over to the Magic Kingdom and test your skills on “Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin”.
4. A BUGS LIFE
Another Disney classic you may want to revisit before a trip to Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park is “A Bug’s Life”. Nestled deep within The Tree of Life at this Walt Disney World theme park is the “It’s Tough to Be a Bug” attraction where you’ll find your favorite “A Bug’s Life” characters after donning your 3D glasses and being sworn in as honorary bugs.
Of course this list wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t include the now cult classic animated feature film “FROZEN”. I’m sure the kids have already screened “FROZEN” multiple times but go ahead and watch it again before heading to Princess Fairytale Hall in the Magic Kingdom to meet Anna and Elsa.
As a blogger who visits Walt Disney World frequently, I end up using my cell phone a lot for non phone activities. Can you relate? Give me ALL THE DATA!!!
I’ve actually been toying around with the idea of getting a second device to take and upload photos and video from and I’ve been looking at Andriod devices because the image quality is pretty fantastic. When I found out I would have the opportunity to work with Walmart Family Mobile I feverishly started researching which device would best suit my needs.
I settled on the $129 Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime from Walmart which was on rollback from $149.00. Hello 8 mega pixel camera!!!! (Disclaimer: All prices for phones and plans included in this post are accurate as of the date of posting; however, these prices are subject to change. Please refer to http://cbi.as/3edbv or your local Walmart for current pricing) And then picked up a $19.88 Starter Kit to activate the phone. This is the first time the activation has been rolled back from $25 which means you can start service on any plan today and be out the door for just $19.88. Family Mobile bills you later so you don’t have to break the bank to get service started.
Right now the Walmart Family Mobile PLUS plan gives you unlimited talk, text, data (10GB of 4G LTE) plus a free new release movie rental ($7 value) on VUDU every month per line for $49.88.
The Disney movies I recommended you watch earlier in this post…yep…they are available on VUDU. And you can watch them all on your TV right from the comfort of home.
Use that movie rental to catch up on your Disney Summer Movie List and then take advantage of all that additional data at the theme parks during your Summer vacation. You know you’re going to want to update Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat with photos and videos of all the character meet and greets and attraction experiences while you’re in Orlando.
For more info on the Walmart Family Mobile Family PLUS plan and for additional ways you can plus up your data visit the Family Mobile Hub and I hope to see you out and around the parks this Summer!
