As if I wasn’t excited enough about the mini food and wine festival (including Spiced Rum Dole Whip!) to debut at the 2013 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! Are big kids allowed in here too? Check out some of the images from the newly installed Land of OZ Garden at Epcot. Too bad its only here for a limited time during the festival which runs March 6-May 19 at Walt Disney World Resort.
A yellow “brick road” composed of yellow violas and kid-friendly turf lead the way to the new Land of Oz Garden debuting in Future World. Based on the March 8th film release of Disney’s “Oz The Great and Powerful,” the garden features circus games, children’s climbing activities and the ‘crashed’ hot air balloon from the film.
Kids…fly…over the rainbow…why then oh why can’t I?
Whimsical hand-made glass poppies enhance The Land of Oz Garden…
Lovely tented areas line the garden so parents can kick back in chairs and watch their children play!
For more info on the festival check out my post: What’s New for the 2013 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival and I’m also over on Facebook as well. Come say Hi!
