ChopperAny Orange County Chopper Fans visiting Epcot this month?

If not, you may want to put some plans into motion! From now until January 30th you can view the Teutuls’ environmentally friendly bike, “The Smart Chopper”, up-close-and-personal at Epcot’s Innoventions at the Walt Disney World Resort.

The OCC guys teamed up with Siemens to make a slick looking chopper powered solely by electricity.  The motorcycle is made with recycled materials, water based paint, and has zero emissions!  Siemens said that they…”wanted to build this unique chopper to raise environmental awareness and reflect what the 69,000 employees of Siemens USA are doing to help America stay on the cutting edge of tomorrow’s green economy.”

Check out these photos that I snapped.  This machine is amazing!

Vote for CharityThe Smart Chopper will be auctioned off for Charity soon and you get to vote for which charity will benefit from the proceeds! You can vote at the Siemens Website through April 14, 2010 for the charity that you think most deserves the proceeds from the sale of the bike.  The three charities in the running are Keep America Beautiful, the Earth Day Network, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.  You can also cast a vote at the Epcot Innoventions display.

Do you watch American Chopper on TLC? What do you think of this bike?
