Darrel Fry, Sports  Media Director at Walt Disney World announced today on the Disney Parks Blog that there will be a special 5th Anniversary Finisher’s Medal for the 2013 Disney Princess Half Marathon.

No hints were given about the design but he said that, ” it will feature some sort of princess tiara theme”. Hmmm…can’t wait to see it! I will be running it as a team with Sarah over at Running at Disney. Who else will be joining us?

The 2013 Disney Princess Half Marathon will take place on February 24th, 2013 and registration is now open!
