With the official kick-off to the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party only 11 days away, (September 4th people!), I decided to put together a little montage of the footage that I took last year. This is hands down the best party that the Magic Kingdom puts on! If you get a chance to make it to Walt Disney World for this event you will not be disappointed.
On average, we hit about three parties per year and we always dress in costume and bring our own trick-or-treat bags, usually leaving with them filled to the brim with candy. If you can schedule it, avoid the parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, these tend to be the most crowded and lines are long. The Boo-To-You Parade is a MUST! The 2nd showing of the parade is less crowded than the 1st. Make sure to grab a seat early so you don’t miss the Headless Horseman’s Ride. Our favorite spot to view Hallowishes is behind the Castle. There are usually vacant tables to sit at near Dumbo. It’s nice to be able to take a load off and watch the fireworks show. Hallowishes is the only show I know of that displays fireworks in a complete 360-degree circle around you during the finale. This show alone is worth the price of admission!
Thanks for watching…and…Boo To You!
Until Next Time,
