What would you say if I told you that you could rent a four bedroom, two bath, pool home in a gated community minutes from Walt Disney World for the same price as a hotel room on Disney Property?  I didn’t believe it either until I ran across Jane’s website… MyDisneyHouses.com.

Last June I was looking for accommodations for five people for a mini Disney vacation.  Our group consisted of three different families, but we all wanted to stay together, just not in one room.  I was researching my options when I ran across the Mickey House in Emerald Island Resort and knew I had found our home for the trip.  Jane (the homeowner) quoted us a rate far less than I had expected and we booked right away.

Looking at the directions to the home I couldn’t believe how close it was to Walt Disney World.  Less than three miles in fact…AND… in a gated community!  Our stay there was Magical and when it came time to book another stay this past weekend for myself and my dear Disney Moms Panel buddy Suzannah of Zannaland.com, I went right to Jane and booked her Mickey House once again.

    Wow, that's really a great vacation with Mickey. What about another adventure with friends and family in the other places, like in London, Margarita Island and others. We also have affordable villa for rent, suitable for a family and friends vacation. Check this out.

    Woe disney seems to be comes out with great fun.This is cool ha what i think is to stay at disney world and have a great fun at disney this will be better option.Well if any of the mine friend or any other member from my family will be there then i am going to surely suggest them.

    I'm sure the kids would enjoy this, but I personally find the idea of staying at a Mickey Mouse rental house a bit creepy. I 'd much rather call car rental Raleigh get on board and drive away to the nearest hotel that has vacant rooms.

    This is great! We went to Disney World a couple of summers ago and stayed in one of the property hotel rooms – a rental home would have been much better as we were really cramped. If people do a little research this is a great alternative to hotels as not only do you have a lot of room but most homes are equipped with kitchens and everything you need to make meals there to save some money!
