Help Me Secure My Spot as NDM #175

You may have read this blog title and thought…what kind of shenanigans is Amanda up to now?  You’re probably wondering what an NDM is…or if you’ve been lurking around the Disney Internets for long you may already know.

NDM stands for Neurotic Disney Mom. Want to see what one looks like?…Say hello to NDM #1

Cute isn’t she?  This is JL Knopp. But don’t let appearences fool you…she’s as neurotic as they come! Obsessed really.  She is the NDM pioneer blazing a trail for all other NDMs hiding in the shadows.  But to truly join the ranks and be counted as an NDM one must…in JL’s own words…”…purpose each day to instill a passionate love for Disney in the hearts of one’s husband and children.”  She goes one step further and is now making it possible to instill the love of Disney into more hearts through her blog The Disney Driven Life.

Not a Mom you say…Not to worry. Now everyone can be counted. Join the ranks of the NDD’s (Neurotic Disney Dad’s) or the NDI’s (Neurotic Disney Individuals). But…you must take a solemn vow to uphold the principles of Disney Neuroticism.

So…here’s where I need your help. I would like to secure my spot as NDM #175. Why #175 you ask…well for no other reason than the fact that I have a horrid memory and need a nice round number to remember. =P At the time of this blog posting there are 154 NDM’s on the roster. This means that I need to recruit 20 more Neurotic Disney Moms!  What do you say…Are you up for the challenge?  If so…here’s what I need you to do.

1. Send an email to becounted@thedisneydrivenlife.com
2. In the subject line write “Amanda Needs Me to Be Counted”
3. In the body of the email put your First Name, Last Initial, Home State, and Twitter ID (if you have one)
4. You will receive your title and designated NDM number in an email from NDM #30 (Jackie G. from WA) soon after
5. When you do…please come back to this blog post and announce your number in the Comments Section below so that I can keep track of the progress of this challenge.
