In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Disney Magic Music Days, five one-of-a-kind basses will be auctioned off to benefit the Grammy Foundation with proceeds then flowing through to various school music programs around the U.S.

These unique masterpieces were hand painted by some of the most talented Disney artists around.  The collection was officially put on display last week at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles and each piece will make a separate tour across the U.S. at various art and music museums before being auctioned off on June 26, 2010.

The five basses represent Alice in Wonderland’s Cheshire Cat, Aladdin’s Genie, The Princess and the Frog, the soon-to-be released Rapunzel, and Dumbo.
