Any Food Network fans out there?
Last month at the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration hundreds of guests were treated to a special feast! Several groups converged upon Epcot for an evening of revelry and fun. It was a mix of press, Disney Family Volunteers and Disney Social Media Moms and we were all in for a special treat. We…were going to have an enormous spread of food served to us by none other than Chef Robert Irvine of Food Network’s Dinner: Impossible!
When we arrived at the park that day we had no clue what we were in for, but after seeing the Chef sprinting around World Showcase in the midst of the day’s activities, we assumed that we were about to become a part of a brand new episode of Dinner: Impossible…and we were correct. The chef had a special show kitchen set up on the shoreline of World Showcase Lagoon at the end of the bridge leading in from Future World where he was about to prepare dinner for hundreds of starving Disney fans. Later that evening he came out on stage, just before Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas, and thanked all of the volunteer families that were in attendance…
This episode of Dinner: Impossible is slated to debut sometime in April. Let’s see…did I leave anything out? Hmmm…. Oh…you want to see the food you say! =) My dear friend AJ over at The Disney Food Blog did a magnificent post with photos of all of the dishes that were served that evening. I suggest you check it out … Dinner:Impossible Meal at Walt Disney World.
