Bret. I hope you get a chance to make it to the 2010 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. Sometimes the chefs will bring back dishes from previous years so there is a small chance that the Ceviche will be back again this year.

Shrimp Ceviche is one of my favorite dishes – so difficult to find here lately. That Rock dish looks soooo delicious!

@TikiTommy1960 I’ve heard tales of the fantastic Cali Cuisine and will make it all the way out there eventually! It wasn’t raining…just dirty tables I guess. All of the food items are sold separately and are not included with the price of admission. The prices are reasonable. We have celebrity chefs that come here as well, but those are separate hard ticket events.
