That may have been the same bartender we had when we were there. Lots of CM's make a career out of the service industry at Disney. It's lucrative. I knew a CM that served in Magic Kingdom and she used to bank…back to the sushi. I agree it may be the best on property. Kimono's in the Swan has some fantastic sushi as well.

Was there in August 2010. Awesome Sushi, and I've had my share of Sushi. I'd say it was the best I've had. The restaurant is great, food is awesome, bartender was awesome, and the views were very memorable. Would go here everyday if I had the chance. One of the best places to dine in at DisneyWorld. The bartender, Ray, gave us the best service Ive ever had at WDW, and was a great guy to chat with.

Yep. Sukiyaki Beef rolls in the Japan pavilion are to-die-for. They also do pre-packaged sushi in The Land pavilion at Sunshine Seasons

The sushi sounds incredible! Thanks for the detailed information. My wife and I love sushi and will certainly make an ADR for our next trip…. oh great, now I'm hungry!
